"Over the past 5 years I've being taking part in varies triathlon around Ireland and Europe. With the high levels of training required unfortunately I picked up a few injuries, thankfully Andy was at hand to help me though the injuries. ..it's very hard to stop training when you have a big race coming up .. which is where I found Andy great 'ok so NO running but you can increase swim and bike as well as combining with rehab exercises'. I used to ignore physio's advance when they told me to stop training...But with Andy being a triathlete he has a much better understanding and was/is fantastic for rehab advice. I am really enjoying the Pilates classes with Andy, he pays attention to everyone in the group so you know if you are holding yourself correctly or not.  I feel like I've worked well after each class and can feel the benefits on a day to day basis in my running.  I would gladly recommend them to anyone.
