As part of our injury prevention services we hold weekly Pilates Classes in our Lucan studio.  Our Body Maintenance Pilates classes help make you Strong, Flexible, Fitter and Pain Free.

Classes are specifically designed with a mix of PILATES, MOBILITY and FLEXIBILITY techniques, these classes will help with your:

  • €13 – Single Drop In Class
  • €70 – 6 Class Pass (valid for 8 weeks)
  • €100 – 10 Class Pass (valid for 12 weeks)
  • €79 – Unlimited Monthly Class Pass
  • Prenatal / Postnatal Mummy and Baby Classes 6 week block €80  / €15 Drop In
  • €59 Introductory Offer: Unlimited Classes for 4 weeks (First Timers Only)

  • Beginners Pilates classes are suitable for complete beginners or those recovering from pain or injury
  • Intermediate Pilates classes are suitable for improvers looking for a more challenging class
  • Healthy HIT Pilates is a high intense class, mixing Cardio and Pilates exercises…Great class to improve Overall Strength and Fitness!!
  • Over 55’s Pilates class is suitable for complete beginners and moves at an easier pace to help improve balance, core strength and overall health
  • Strength Pilates Class: This class builds on the core strength gained in our Beginners classes. The class focuses on full body exercises mixing Kettlebells and Weights developing strength and endurance for the whole body.
  • Prenatal Pilates Class: Our Prenatal Pilates classes are safe and effective methods of exercise and relaxation for women who are pregnant. If you are new to Pilates you can start pregnancy classes any time from about your 2nd or 3rd trimester.
  • Postnatal Mummy and Baby Pilates Class: Our Postnatal Mummy and Baby Pilates Classes are a great way for new mums to bond with their babies, in a warm safe environment and start to build their strength up again. Classes are open to mums after their 6 or 10 week check up.
